COVID19 Travel Update
Updated: 22 October 2020
Under the advice of government and for the welfare of our guests and staff, Reef and Rainforest Connections will cease operation of all tours until 31 January 2021.
Apart from our Cape Tribulation tour which will operate on Tuesday & Thursdays only for October to January – book here.
With the recent announcement by the Australian Government regarding COVID-19 restricting all non-essential travel, combined with social distancing, we are suspending all day tour operations effective immediately.
The health and safety of our staff and guests is our number one priority, therefore we must do everything we can to help stop the spread of COVID-19. Our thoughts and prayers are with the people and families around the globe who are affected.
Our Reservations team are currently contacting affected passengers to discuss their bookings, and of course there will be no cancellation fees for these bookings.
We know there are many unknowns during these difficult and challenging times, we can assure you that we are monitoring the situation closely, following government updates and we will continue to communicate with you. We are suspending our day tours until 31 August 2020 at this stage, however we will be providing regular updates.
